• Bishop Wilkowski proposes for consideration the restoration of the traditional Catholic Holy Days of Obligation. The following Feasts for these days would be:
January 1st:

Body and Blood of Christ
June 29th: Sts. Peter and Paul
August 15th: The Assumption
November 1st: All Saints
December 8th: Immaculate Conception
December 25th: Christmas

• Bishop Wilkowski proposes for consideration the adoption of the FOCUS Marriage Preparation Program for inclusion in preparing couples for the Sacrament of Marriage.

• Bishop Ryan proposes for consideration a Pastoral Plan: "Taking Care of My Sheep."

• Bishop Wilkowski proposes for consideration the following amendment to Canon 15:
"Candidates for secular incardination, who are already clerics from within this Church body, may make a written petition the Local Ordinary of the Diocese they wish to incardinate into. Before a cleric is permitted to incardinate, their current ordinary or religious superior must provide a letter of recommendation and a official copy of the candidate's files, records and documents to the ordinary being petitioned. The ordinary being petitioned may, for just cause, decline a petition for secular incardination."
